Hello
Supporting individuals, organisations and communities affected by adversity, trauma, conflict and social harm.
We provide practical support, education and community-based programmes that help people feel safer, more connected and better able to navigate difficult experiences.
Our aim is simple: to help people navigate difficult experiences and strengthen wellbeing, relationships and resilience.
Our team combines experience in victim support, education, youth engagement, facilitation and and trauma-aware practice, bringing together different skills to meet a wide range of needs.
Who we are and what we're about
Peace Collective was founded in response to the impact that conflict, trauma, violence and social division can have on people and communities.
We recognise that adversity affects people in different ways and at different times. Through support, education and community-based approaches, we help individuals and organisations respond to these challenges with confidence, understanding and care.
Value added: Needs-led and collaborative
At the heart of Peace Collective's work is a commitment to listening first.
We work alongside schools, community organisations, local authorities and partners to understand what is needed and shape support accordingly. Rather than applying a single model, we adapt our approach to fit the people, communities and situations we are working with.
This helps ensure our work is practical, relevant and sustainable.
