Hello
Peace Collective is a non profit organisation dedicated to fostering peace, social cohesion, and recovery in communities facing violence, division, conflict and other social harms. We are a team of experienced facilitators and practitioners with decades of hands on experience in conflict resolution, trauma informed support, and youth engagement.
We strengthen communities by helping people build understanding, navigate conflict, and develop the skills needed to communicate across differences. Alongside dialogue and community programmes, we provide practical and emotional support to individuals affected by trauma and social harm, helping people connect with others, access support, and build resilience.
Our work promotes empathy, wellbeing, and stronger, more connected communities.
Who we are and what we’re about:
Peace Collective was founded in response to growing concerns about increasing social division and the challenges it poses to communities across the UK. The organisation emerged from a deep commitment to addressing these challenges through trauma recovery, education, and community-based interventions.
Our co-founders are experienced practitioners in dialogue, facilitation, education, and victim support, with direct experience supporting communities through post-conflict interventions and conflict resolution efforts.
Value added: Needs-based and a collaborative approach
At the core of Peace Collective’s work is a commitment to making our work needs focused. We understand that the challenges facing communities and individuals are complex and dynamic, so we actively collaborate with schools, local authorities, voluntary organisations, and other partners to co-design solutions that are relevant and impactful. Our work is grounded in partnership and ongoing consultation to ensure our interventions are not only tailored but sustainable in the long-term.
