Peace Collective supports people and communities through three interconnected programme areas: education, cohesion and support.
Our work is practical, relational, and rooted in lived experience — designed to reduce harm, build connection, and support healing.

Equipping individuals and communities with the tools to reduce the risk of violence and harm before it happens.

Helping people and communities address existing conflict and build understanding through dialogue and engagement.

Providing trauma-informed care and support to individuals and communities affected by trauma and violence.

Learning how to name feelings, handle conflict calmly, and have honest conversations, for young people and the adults around them.

Creating spaces where people can listen to each other, speak honestly, and begin to reconnect, even when harm has been done, trust broken, or conversations are difficult to have.

Being alongside, listening without pressure or prejudice, and supporting people in ways that feel safe, respectful, and led by their needs.

Helping young people - and those who support them - build emotional literacy, self awareness, communication, problem-solving skills

Facilitating dialogue, bringing people together to have difficult conversations, and strengthen relationships in places affected by division or disconnection.

Offering emotional and practical support for individuals and communities living with the long-term impact of trauma, loss, or violence.
